The Tire House (The Tire House Retail and Wholesale Tires, LLC) is a tire and auto service shop at 1728 Franklin Ave, Waco, TX 76701, with a second shop in Gatesville. We only collect what we need to help you with your vehicle.

• When you send us a message through our website: your name, phone number and the service you need, plus anything you choose to add, such as your email, your vehicle, a message, and whether you agree to receive text messages.

• When you call or text us: your phone number and what you tell us. Our phone system, including our virtual assistant, may record and transcribe calls and keep text messages so we can respond and keep accurate records.
• When you're a customer: your contact details, your vehicle, and the service we've done, kept in our shop and customer records.
• Basic website analytics: our website platform uses a cookie to count visits and understand how the site is used.

• To answer your questions, give you quotes, and schedule service.
• To send text messages you've agreed to receive about your request.
• To keep records of the work we do on your vehicle.
• To email customers about their vehicles, such as service reminders and occasional offers. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with companies that help us run our business, and only so they can provide those services to us. These include our customer management and phone system provider, the phone carriers and messaging companies that deliver calls and texts, and Google, which provides the map and fonts on our website. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our text messages.

If you check the text message box on our contact form, or ask us to text you, you agree to receive text messages from The Tire House about your request.
